Tell us about yourself :

I'm Chan Suet Yee, born on July 12th, 2004. I was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

What is your passion ?

My passion lies in the world of arts, particularly in music and dance. I find immense joy and fulfillments in expressing myself through various artistic mediums. Whether it's moving to the rhythm of music, translating emotions to dance or exploring different forms of artistic expressions, I am deeply connected to the creative realms that allow me to communicate and connect with others.

What motivates you to achieve your dream ?

I believe in being true to myself, living in the presents and going after the dreams I had as a child or even now. I think is important to do this so that I won't regret things later in life. Holding onto my inner child helps me deal with the tough stuff that comes with being an adult. It encourages me to live passionately and genuinely, despite the challenges of grown-up life.

How do you want to visualise your dream into an artwork ?

I aim to represents my dream through an artwork that encapsulate the essence of childhood wonder and the transition into adulthood . Using visual elements like vibrant colours and symbolic imagery. I intend to portray the nostalgic yet hopeful journey from innocence to experience.

I researched different fonts and sketched out ideas. I chose a design and started making it on Adobe Illustrator. Then, I move it to FontLab to work on it more.
